1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing avarexcore.com or using any Avarex Core service, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the site or services.

2. Education Only — Not Financial Advice

Avarex Core is an educational platform. All content — including but not limited to website text, videos, live sessions, Discord messages, app features, course materials, and any other form of communication — is provided for educational and informational purposes only.

Nothing we produce is:

• A recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument
• A trading signal or alert
• A promise or projection of future returns or performance
• Financial, investment, legal, or tax advice of any kind
• A managed account or portfolio management service

Always conduct your own due diligence. Consult a qualified, licensed financial professional before making any investment or trading decisions.

3. Risk Disclosure

Trading financial markets involves significant risk of loss. You can lose some or all of your capital. The risk of loss in trading and investing can be substantial. Markets are unpredictable. Results from education, practice, and community participation do not guarantee success in live trading. Avarex Core accepts no responsibility for financial losses incurred by users of the platform.

4. No Performance Guarantees

Avarex Core makes no representations or guarantees regarding the results any person may achieve from the education, tools, or community we provide. All results depend entirely on the individual's decisions, discipline, capital, market conditions, and many other factors beyond our control.

5. Membership, Billing, and Cancellation

How membership works. Memberships are sold and billed through Whop, our payment and membership platform. Creating a membership creates an account with Whop, and your payment details are held by Whop and its payment processors. We never see or store your card information.

Recurring billing. Monthly memberships renew automatically every month, and annual memberships renew automatically every year, at the price shown at checkout, until you cancel. By subscribing you authorize that recurring charge.

Cancellation. You may cancel at any time from your Whop account. Cancellation stops future billing. Your access continues through the end of the period you have already paid for, and is not prorated.

Refunds. Avarex Core sells immediate access to digital education. Because the full library, community, and tools are available the moment you join, payments are generally non-refundable once access has been granted. If something has gone wrong — a duplicate charge, a billing error, or access you never received — email team@avarexcore.com and we will make it right. Statutory refund rights that apply where you live are not affected by this paragraph.

Price changes. We may change our pricing. Any change applies to new billing periods, never retroactively, and we will give you notice before it takes effect. Founding member pricing, where offered, is honored for as long as that membership remains active and uninterrupted.

Suspension and termination. We may suspend or end access, without refund, for conduct that breaches Section 7, for chargebacks or fraudulent payment activity, or for sharing paid material outside your own membership.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on avarexcore.com and in the Avarex Core community, Academy, and applications — including text, graphics, logos, video, course materials, frameworks, and software — is the intellectual property of Avarex Core and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Your membership grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use that material for your own education. You may not record, download, republish, resell, share your login, or distribute any paid material, in whole or in part, without our express written permission.

7. Community Conduct

By using our community and services, you agree not to:

• Post trading signals, financial advice, or investment recommendations to other community members
• Solicit, promote, or recruit other members for outside offers, funds, or services
• Harass, manipulate, or mislead other community members
• Share content that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Share, resell, or republish paid material outside the community
• Attempt to access systems or data you are not authorized to access

Anything you post in the community is yours, but by posting it you give us permission to display it within the community and to quote it anonymously in educational material.

8. Accounts and Access

Your account is for you alone. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in secure and for everything that happens under your account. Signing in to avarexcore.com is handled by Whop, and community access is handled by Discord; both are governed by their own terms in addition to these.

9. Third-Party Links and Services

We may link to or rely on third-party platforms, including Whop, Discord, TradingView, YouTube, and social media. We are not responsible for the content, availability, practices, or terms of any third-party service, and use of those platforms is subject to their own terms.

10. Availability

We work to keep everything running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features, content, tools, and schedules may change, be added, or be retired as the platform develops.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Avarex Core and its affiliates, operators, and contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including any financial losses resulting from applying any educational content. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

12. Indemnity

You agree to hold Avarex Core harmless from claims arising out of your own use of the platform, your conduct in the community, or your breach of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Avarex Core is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the courts of that state.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed, and continued use of the platform after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
