Avarex Core ("we," "us," or "our") operates avarexcore.com and the related community, Academy, and applications. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, who else touches it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
1. The short version
We collect as little as we can. We never see your card number. We don't sell your information to anyone, and we never will. Your membership is handled by Whop and your community access is handled by Discord, and those two companies hold most of the data involved in your account.
2. Information we collect
- Information you give us directly. Your name and email address when you contact us or sign up for updates, plus anything you choose to write in a message to us.
- Information we receive when you sign in. Signing in to avarexcore.com uses Whop. When you approve that sign-in, Whop sends us your name, email address, profile picture, and whether your membership is active. We use that only to show you the right access on your account page.
- Information we receive when you connect Discord. If you choose to join the community with one click, Discord sends us your Discord user ID and username so we can add you to the server and apply the correct role. We do not read your Discord messages, your other servers, or your direct messages.
- Usage data. Pages visited, time on site, browser and device type, and IP address, through standard web server logs and analytics.
- Local storage on your own device. Your sign-in session and small preferences (such as the atmosphere theme) are stored in your browser, on your device. Clearing your browser data removes them.
3. Information we never collect
We do not collect or store card numbers, bank account details, billing addresses, Social Security numbers, brokerage credentials, or the contents of your trading accounts. Payment information goes directly to our payment processor and never passes through this website.
4. How we use your information
- To confirm your membership and unlock the access you paid for.
- To add you to the community and apply the correct role.
- To answer your questions and handle support, billing, and refund requests.
- To send communications you have opted into.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it.
We do not use your information to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.
5. The third parties involved
Running Avarex Core requires a small number of outside services. Each one has its own privacy policy, which governs what they do with your data:
- Whop — memberships, checkout, payment processing, and sign-in.
- Discord — the community server and role assignment.
- Netlify — website hosting and server logs.
- Google — fonts, email delivery for our team address, and web analytics.
We are not responsible for the practices of these services, and we encourage you to read their policies.
6. We do not sell your data
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only with the services listed above so they can do the job you asked them to do, or where we are legally required to disclose it.
7. Cookies and similar technologies
We use browser storage for functionality (keeping you signed in, remembering your preferences) and cookies for analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but sign-in will not work without local storage enabled.
8. Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as we need it to run your membership, meet our legal and tax obligations, and resolve disputes. When you cancel, Whop retains your purchase record for its own required period; you can ask us to remove anything we hold separately.
9. Your rights
Wherever you live, you may ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. If you are in the EU, UK, California, or another region with specific privacy legislation, you may have additional rights including the right to object to processing, the right to data portability, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising any of them.
To make a request, email team@avarexcore.com from the address on your account. We respond within 30 days. Deleting your data ends your access to paid content.
10. Security
The site is served over HTTPS, and sign-in uses an industry-standard authorization flow that means we never receive or store your password. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we limit what we hold in the first place.
11. Children's privacy
Avarex Core is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
12. International users
Avarex Core operates from the United States. If you access the site from elsewhere, your information will be processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the business changes. Any update will appear on this page with a new date at the top. Material changes will also be announced in the community.
